How to Sync Google Drive, Dropbox and Evernote

Tips & Tricks Tuesday: Sync Google Drive, Dropbox and Evernote

Do you use Google Drive, Dropbox and Evernote? I do! I love these tools and services.

I can't imagine drafting proposals or strategic plans without Google Drive or submitting federal grant applications without Dropbox. Research, articles, and support materials are kept with a click of a button in Evernote

I had a problem..

I would save somethings in Dropbox, some in Evernote and others in Google Drive. I would go back and forth between the two and forget where I put a file. I am always seeking ways to improve and simplify team collaboration and file management.

How did I solve the problem?

The tools I use to organize my emails, documents, research, etc. became – (oh, this is embarrassing) …disorganized!

Then, I started using CloudHQ! They have a free trial, so I gave it a whirl. I started syncing a few  folders on Google Drive and Dropbox to test the service. After the initial set up, I found the service to be intuitive. After a week, I quickly became delightfully dependent on CloudHQ to take care of business and sync my files. That is the sign of a great application!

CloudHQ can sync all your data between multiple cloud services and accounts. For example, cloudHQ can replicate and sync all your Basecamp projects with a folder in Dropbox (or Google Drive or Box). All of your Basecamp data will be in Dropbox (or Evernote, Google Drive, Box or SugarSync). Then you can use the Dropbox (or Evernote, Google Drive, Box, Sugarsync) sharing capability to share the entire folder or just a portion of it with your team members. This is also a great way to share things with clients and partners. You can give your partners and clients access to project data by sharing it via Dropbox,  Evernote, Google Drive, Box or SugarSync.

Try it Free

You can try it out for 15 days – without giving them a creditcard number! Just click this link and CloudHQ will walk you through the process.
